A quick start package that’s perfect for tackling the first things on your list over a two week period.

First, book a discovery call. We’ll meet to discuss your business, operations, and goals for the next 6 months. We’ll take a look at those areas that are creating sticking points in your day-to-day operations and develop a scope of work that we’ll tackle over the next two weeks. We’ll book our next two meetings right away, so that time does slip away. We’ll meet one week later for a progress update and iron out any wrinkles that have come up. We’ll meet again one week after that to wrap up the project and admire the results.

STEP 1

Book your Discovery Call

  • Get to know your business goals, operations and painpoints.

  • Identify a scope of work and service package that fits.

  • Schedule our Kick-Off and 2 Follow-Up Calls so have your calendar handy

  • Book our 8am Kick-Off Call and 2pm Follow Up Call

  • Prepare our service agreement and invoice.

 
 

STEP 2

Day 1: Kickoff Call

  • You’ll be sent our onboarding package and information in advance to prepare.

  • We’ll kick things off with a 30min call to make sure we’re on the same page.

  • We’ll gather all the information we will need; Access, Shared Files, Passwords.

 
 

STEP 3

Day 7: Progress Update Call

  • We’ll be in touch throughout the week via email, but we’ll meet again around day 7 to make sure we’re on track for SUCCESS. There are usually a few details to go over at this point before proceeding.

 
 

STEP 4

Day 14: Project Wrap and Next Steps

  • As we near the end of the 14 days, we’ll be in touch to determine if a final WrapUp Meeting is needed to hand off the project by 4pm on the last day.

  • Upon completion we’ll send over video tutorials and instructions, and next step recommendations.
